From what I understand, vitamin deficiencies can cause your muscles and joints to ache as well. I have also read of people with CF developing CF related arthritis (sp)...sorry I can't be more help.<br /><br />When I'm feeling achey and sore I use epsom salts in my bath; and that does help a bit. I also use a heating pad from time to time. I have a muscle relaxer and lyrica to help with the pain. But before I used to use motrin because it's usually really good with my muscle aches and pains.
